I bought a size larger. I am 5ft 2 inches tall, weigh 110 pounds, my natural waist is 25 inches, my waist where the belt is (just below my belly button) is 28 inches, my hips are 34.5 inches and my hips are 21 inches . , 9" inseam and 18" outseam. They fit great and are extremely comfortable for everything from sports to outdoor wear to sleeping. They have side pockets and a drawstring. Graphics won't rip or peel off in the wash.
