The 3D insoles are very strange, I suppose after a little adjustment they will be less noticeable. But it feels like your socks are balled up. The color is fantastic, the materials are super premium. I expect this shoe to hold up well as a casual work/hiking shoe. Standing in them is really great, they have loads of padding without being bulky. The Shoosh logo is reflective black and highly visible in low light. The lacing system isn't my favorite, but it works. a bit strange but they actually fit well in shoes and don't rub when worn.
