The shoes are very comfortable but cheaply made. It was only a few days before the outside looked very rough and frayed and the threads were already starting to unravel. I sit at my desk most of the day, so there's no reason these shoes look like I'm going to wear them for a walk in a few days. Also, I had to send back the first pair after a month of wearing them because the sole started to fall off. I've tried buffing all the scuffs but the 'skin' won't take the polish so after a week of buffing the 'leather' I can wear shoes again without ruining the pants. I'll wear them until they wear out because they were expensive, but I won't be buying any more sketchers. UPDATE** I've been wearing these for about 9 months now and I can't put into words how cheaply these shoes are made. are. They look and feel like I've had them for 5 years. I can promise I won't spend any more money on Sketchers. As soon as I have a chance to spend some time looking for shoes, I will change them.
