PROVE IT WORKS!

This is my first time seeing Dr. Oz was intrigued, the next day I found it here on Revain and bought it. I took 3 of these (half an hour before meals) and let me tell you they are POWERFUL. And I have proof, first please let me tell you a little bit about what works for me and maybe it can work for you. Prior to purchase, I was following a self-healthy eating plan and have lost an incredible 33 pounds (in 5 months) and have leveled off to a healthy level (168-135 lbs. 5ft 6in for women - size 12 (tight) to size 6 (if I Really wanted to treat myself to a meal I wanted but knew I shouldn't have (a full Mexican meal where I basically ate the entire bowl of chips with extra guacamole and salsa plus my meal), I call it mine Meal to not feel left out (I do this about 1-2 times a month and then eat well at least 1-2 days after each indulgence) The proof I have is that they really work, it's tough , but I feel it's worth it I haven't had any side effects other than a little leak on my panty liner (I know it's awful but stay with me now) You never feel like you're leaking' It's just a little one Spot on I your pad (bigger on your chair of course) think about it though, it's your body throwing away fat instead of storing it, which of course would be in the wrong places. That's physical proof you had lube and those pills blocked it. "WOW" now I always carry it in my purse because you never know when you'll be at friends house and I won't be rude. Or treat yourself to a pizza in between. These 3 magic pills make me feel like I have the ability to cheat and still be good. (everything in moderation, you can't count on that anyway, you have to make healthy choices) All of these, as they say, really helped me lose weight initially (note, I never heard that nasty 4-letter word " DIET ") I don't believe in them because you just need to eat healthier and make wiser decisions. I made an incredibly simple plan that you absolutely must implement, especially after 7:00 p.m. (Dinner always annoys me, so when I'm at 11: 12:00 p.m., it has to be something on my list, especially the low-fat choices (like cucumbers or veggies) I made "a list” of all the healthy things I really like and tried to limit the portions than about 100-150 calories per serving (yes, some are higher, but within reason, limit them to 1-2 per day.) I eat constantly, about every 1 1/2-2 hours. I don't buy any Condiments from the store now I use olive oil and spice vinegar I eat ni e something with artificial sweeteners, they actually shut down your digestive system. If you need sugar, use real sugar, preferably raw sugar or brown sugar if you don't have raw sugar on hand. I take a bag of food with me everywhere, so if the kids want fast food I don't order it myself because I have snacks with me. I mainly drink water and green tea with a squeeze of lemon (no sugar), takes a little getting used to but you'll get there, now I love it without sugar. When I eat out, I choose healthy food and avoid bread. (Skinless chicken, something with veggies is usually on everyone's menu) Eat less carbs, but if you make it from wheat. The only veggies I'd rather cut down on are carrots, potatoes, and corn (they turn into sugar in the body), but I do eat them sometimes. GOOD LUCK AND HOPE THIS WORKS FOR ME, WORK FOR YOU, DON'T THINK OF THIS AS A DIET. IT'S HEALTHY AND EASY ENOUGH WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR LIST (and I'm constantly adding to the list so your choices never get boring)
