I've just discovered what PITA is like replacing blades in a Dovo and now it's falling apart. Original Review: Mine came with a clear blade holder and a spare clear blade holder, not the red blade holder shown in the photo and no black blade holders were included. I specifically wanted a red holder to better see where the blade is. With transparent it's hard to see where it is on your face. In addition, the colored blade guide makes it easier to see where the blade is. This setting makes it difficult to see where the edge of the blade is touching your face, and the razor's angle is also difficult to determine due to the aluminum handle, see-through blade holder and similarly colored blade. It's hard to tell where the edge of the blade is. Here comes the "rubber on the road". You have to know the corner and know where the edge is. Dovo does a blue handed one, which could be better. It's probably best to buy from a reputable barber shop. This lightweight device is not easy to use. The regular straight razor is much easier to handle and also has a better weight. It will work, but it will take some time to get used to. I have a heavy metal razor that I don't like because the handle is too heavy. The heavy handle tilts the blade when you're not looking at it, and the weight throws the angle off. In contrast, a regular straight razor (usually) has a lightweight handle made of lightweight material and the blade is well weighted to ensure good balance.
