It's so easy to use. My neck is very small and the device doesn't fit as snugly around my neck as it should. A simple elastic headband solved this problem. I have severe degenerative arthritis in my neck and am in constant pain. I have a regular 10 that I have to put 4 patches on and sometimes they don't stick very well. This block is MUCH EASIER! I've used it twice (just a week ago) and after each use my pain has been significantly reduced and my range of motion has improved SO MUCH! Heat is also a nice bonus! I personally think this is a great product and would definitely recommend it!
