Item received was exactly the size as ordered, received in the time frame expected, and was in perfect condition. However, the sizing indicated doesn't jibe with all other clothing the wife wears in this size and was a bit too small. having to return and re-order another in the next larger size. No exchanges permitted, so one must submit a return request, print out return shipping labels, repackage item and and ship product back to seller who then extracts price of return shipping (for me = $6) plus restocking fee ($3) before crediting back remaining funds previously expended. The item DOES seem to be very nice, well made, and my wife loved the look, and feel; but, again, was sad to find it ran on the small side of 18 (product size is listed as 1X/18-20. Will reserve option to increase the rating of buyer until this entire rigmarole of return and re-order, receipt of re-ordered item is complete and wife has opportunity to wear the product as intended.
