I bought this gaming chair for my daughter. The chair was exactly as described and she is very happy with it. The problem I had was dealing with Fed-Ex"s delivery. Twice they said they attempted delivery but couldnt because we had moved. (really?) After contacting them, I asked for it to be sent to a place where I could pick it up. They notified me that it was there. When I got there, it wasnt. After all of this inconvenience, I contacted FE for a refund of the shipping charges. They refused. However, after I explained this to the seller, (Lembari) they happily refunded the shipping charge. I would definitely deal with Lembari again. Thats what customer service is all about!
