Okay we all know the existing hole they call the cup holder was a belated addition but didn't cost anything. And if you have a driver, they've been taken out of the equation. Someone found a solution, realizing that Corvette owners would pay huge sums for accessories. This dual cup holder isn't a wish, it's a necessity. So why not appreciate this molded piece of plastic and make tons of money from it? Do I think it's worth the high dollar price? Well yes and no! It is very easy to install and it is definitely a good product to meet the basic needs of the C5. It holds two cans securely, which wasn't what Chevy's designers envisioned. It does the job well. If you saw this product in stone and mortar, had a chance to pick it up and look at it, you would choke with laughter after paying the asking price. It looks like it should be on sale for maybe $19.95. BUT like I said, it's a huge improvement over what Chevy called their cupholder efforts. Once you get over the excessive cost, you'll be glad you chose this solution! I only rated this product 4 stars because of the inflated price. Functionally it works well and definitely meets the requirements!
