Definitely for mini projectors. They are well made and the ceiling mounted bases are very easy to hang with the included hardware. They simply bolt together, and a mini projector bolts to it. If your projector doesn't have a hole for them, you're out of luck, they're so simple there's no other way to mount them. They're not super adjustable, they hang from a rod that only moves with a ball at each end, so you can't adjust the distance of the bottom rod from the ceiling. Overall though, this is a good option for a compact projector with screw holes to allow it to be hung.
