Too much retraction will cause traffic cones to tip over. The extra weight at the base of the traffic cones is needed to keep them upright. Also, the price has almost doubled since ordering 2 weeks ago. I wanted to order 4 more packs, but not at the current exorbitant price. I can buy a 1000 foot roll of plastic warning tape for pennies on the dollar per linear foot.
