This jacket looks amazing on my GSD mix, very chic and it gets so many compliments! . I have to strategically position the velcro so it can be worn with her straps underneath. She is very long but thin, and the jacket covers about three quarters of her back. I'm waiting for the next size to come back in stock so I can get her a bigger size in a different color. I bought the yellow jacket primarily to see in the park at night, it's mostly black and I'm having a terrible night. Vision but I don't need to have read all the specs because the INSIDE is waterproof. The inside of this jacket is dark brown and doesn't have the reflective stripes like the waterproof outside, meaning I can't wear the jacket over it on wet evenings (which is why I bought it), and where I live, often damp. You literally can't see it at all! I like the little zip for the harness ring, although my pup uses a slack harness that zips up the front and there is no access for that in this jacket, at least I can use the top ring and just endure the arm workout.
