I was quite skeptical about buying this telescoping ladder for my Ford Transit RV. But I was pleasantly surprised to see it work so well. What I particularly like about this ladder is that the rungs do not pinch your hands when they are folded down, as is the case with other telescopic ladders. If you let go of the steps above, it won't fall very quickly. Each step, starting from the top, goes down slowly and surely. As the ladder is raised, the indicator will change from red to green each time you install a new section, indicating the ring is securely locked. I bought the 12.5 foot version. It's relatively easy. I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this telescopic ladder.
