This combination is better than I really hoped for. The flexible hose chosen is metallic on the outside, but very flexible. The High Sierra shower head is really great in every way. As a mechanical engineer in production, I am very critical of design, function and appearance. Even if this device is not as "fancy" as devices from other manufacturers, it is superior in design and functionality. I love this slider that can be toggled between on and off. I was looking directly for a US made shower head to support US manufacturing. I regret nothing. Manufacturers and should be proud of the durable product they have made. The water-saving potential of this shower head really convinced me when I filled a bucket with it to wipe. There is a huge gap between what you see and expect and what goes in the bucket in a unit of time! A direct flow fill at my typical pressure would fill a 1.5g pail in 30 seconds or less. I had to wait and wait with this shower head. It was annoying at the time, but it was truly amazing! All that spray and apparent volume at a negligible flow rate. This is a really great product and I have already recommended it to several friends!
