GREAT PRODUCT! The water pressure is perfect. Our tenants also love this hand shower with a flexible hose. I love the jet valve feature that saves water and makes the tub easy to clean! It is such a well made product that we have purchased seven (7).

It was a good buy with a few small flaws. The collar mount is plastic which I didn't expect from a US made item, especially for the price I paid. The pin on the trickle valve broke after a few uses. The washer that was placed at the end to keep the pin from moving to the other side was a very thin piece of wire. Otherwise the shower head works great.

This is a high quality. All-metal shower head. And even though it's only 1.5 GPM, it produces a good spray. I was surprised. However, it's only 1.5 GPM and there's no flow restrictor that can be easily removed. To increase the flow, you need to disassemble the shower head and use a drill to increase the water flow. In other words, the increase in flow is irreversible. Also, I only needed one pen. And it seems you can't buy a pen without a head. I already have a modified high flow shower head…

Works as advertised. Quality construction and design. The water flow pattern and pressure passed the wife and daughter approval test. I even got my daughter to use the trickle valve. Daughter thinks it's a little "noisy" but that's not a problem. I wish it came with a nozzle to attach to the existing shower head nozzle. It doesn't, so you should get one. We've had a tall Sierra showerhead in our house shower for a few years and love it. We didn't like the shower in our caravan and decided to try the High Sierra there. Installation couldn't be easier. This combination is better than I really hoped for. The flexible hose chosen is metallic on the outside, but very flexible. The High Sierra shower head is really great in every way. As a mechanical engineer in production, I am very critical of design, function and appearance.
