I have had several of these knee pads and have always been very impressed with their quality and performance. I read some other recent reviews before buying another one and couldn't believe some of the negatives and leak talk. I have two that are 5 or 6 years old (maybe older) and are still in great shape after lots of use. The one I just bought leaked at the seam after a gentle knee glaze. The plastic bag of gel seems to be thinner than before. Very disappointed. "Was" her big fan. Now he doesn't dare to trust the future.
