I had trouble finding the right size. My waist is 31 inches. According to the size chart I should be between XS and S. The little one was too small, constricted my waist so that it was uncomfortable, and pushed out the thick rolls. was big enough to put my hand in and the belt moved as I moved. a lot as I'm sure a lot of people fall into that 6 inch range. Buckle: Looks so cute in the picture but the color is less silver than bronze. Even if you look closely, the metal doesn't cut and cast well. One of mine still had small metal chips in places that needed sanding. There is a clear coating on the buckle, but I've noticed blisters in places.
