Update: 10-20-18After my initial review, the seller contacted me and sent a replacement. It's been a few months and the replacement parts are working as expected. They don't fall apart and washing is no longer a problem. I appreciated the customer service and will buy from this seller again. Just a tip, if you wash these mop heads in the washing machine, use very little detergent to prevent the mop head from soaking up too much soap that lands on your floor. I've run the rinse cycle twice after washing and that seems to help. No, no, no - so disappointed. Bought these to replace my spinner mops and after one use and light washing in the washing machine they were soft, the yarn/material was torn and a far cry from the quality I actually got with my spinner. But I think that's what I get for cheap. I will not buy again.
