Best Incident Management Software ever used!!

It's one stop solution of all my concerns like - where an incident has happened & how it got there & who did it etc so I can take action against them accordingly. Also, it gives me a clear view about what was done by whom before this particular issue occured which helps us to identify potential future threats & risks as well. Nothing at the moment! But they are constantly working on adding new features to address our requirements. Their response team (support) helped me solve almost every problem I had related to their product within minutes of request submission. They also have live chat option wherein customer support agents help you resolve your queries even when i am offline or busy doing something else. So far, no complaints regarding any aspect of mixmode.I highly recommend using mixmode as per its benefits &amp.

Pros
  • Easy access for managing incidents/incidents resolved in last 1 year with filters such that we do not need go through each step again while searching specific issues if already reported earlier but still unresolved;
  • Ability create custom reports according user requirement without having deep technical knowledge.
  • Live Chat feature is really helpful during critical times e.g:
  • During downtime due network connectivity problems,
  • In case server crashes / unavailability
