Broken Glass Cover - Ceiling Fans and Accessories

Kit is easy to install with well written instructions. However, one of the flask's glass lids was broken. I followed the links to the Westinghouse help page and there are two options: email or call. Unfortunately the phone number is European. Revain allows me to return the entire order for a refund. But it makes no sense. I just need a glass lid. Easiest is to buy 3 spare cases locally which means I spend more time and money to get what I need. This makes me very dissatisfied, which is why I gave this product a bad rating.
