Not strong enough for long-lived pets.
I needed a higher gate as one of my dogs found that the springs in her back legs could tip her over. It just seemed like a necessary vertical addition. Good growth but insufficient as this dog needs to be a professional jumper. Big problem because of the construction of the three prizes. My smallest dog identified the weak points where the pieces fit together so I can now watch ALL my dogs sleep on the couch as they successfully pried open the hallway gate. I'll try to fix this with zip ties, but be aware these gates don't secure Fort Knox.
