I am currently using a third set of True Image toners for my Canon MF743Cdw printer. A full set of four toners is equivalent to an OEM toner, the benefits are obvious. The MF743Cdw's automatic toner alert feature doesn't work with True Image toners, but otherwise there's no discernible difference. Reason for contacting customer service and stay was amazingly quick and responsive. I've just ordered two more sets to see in 2021 and I'm sure if there are any issues customer service will resolve them even outside of Revain's returns window.
