I am currently using a third set of True Image toners for my Canon MF743Cdw printer. A full set of four toners is equivalent to an OEM toner, the benefits are obvious. The MF743Cdw's automatic toner alert feature doesn't work with True Image toners, but otherwise there's no discernible difference. I had a technical problem with my printer and thought I would have to buy a new toner cartridge to fix the problem. When I contacted customer service they were great! They helped and guided me and reinstalling the printer driver on my Mac fixed the problem. I realized I didn't need to buy another toner cartridge, but that was a different issue. When the Canon MF743Cdw was reinstalled on my Mac in the System Preferences under Printers and Scanners, I was able to print again! Many Thanks.

Manufacturer cartridges for this printer are expensive. Working from home means printing a lot of documents and graphics. I decided on this one after a long search. The quality is the same as the famous Canon brand laser cartridge. The printer recognizes it as a non-Canon cartridge and it was a little difficult to figure out how to get it to print on the first run. After that there are no questions. It doesn't tell you when the ink is low, but I see that as a plus as the Canon cartridge forced me to change it when I felt it was still enough for quality printing.

These cartridges are of very poor quality. It's impossible to print more than a page or two without getting a whole mess of smearing and smearing and streaks down the middle of the page. Colors are faded and not the tone/hue they should be and colored ink lines are visible in areas of the page with color blocks (e.g. histograms, schedule blocks, etc.). So very easy to install and the print quality is the same as a super expensive replacement that you have to buy from the manufacturer. The price is ridiculously amazing and much more affordable! We use these cartridges in our massive church bulletin printer and the result is flawless! I believe they will also last as long or possibly longer than the ones that came with our printer purchase.
