I had a technical problem with my printer and thought I would have to buy a new toner cartridge to fix the problem. When I contacted customer service they were great! They helped and guided me and reinstalling the printer driver on my Mac fixed the problem. I realized I didn't need to buy another toner cartridge, but that was a different issue. When the Canon MF743Cdw was reinstalled on my Mac in the System Preferences under Printers and Scanners, I was able to print again! Many Thanks.
