I have had no problems with the product. I apply it in the morning before work. I didn't notice the feeling of heat until I moved and sometimes sat. I have a sedentary job, so if you're really active at work, that's great. I had no problem taking it off. To be honest it just peeled off right after I got back so I followed the 8 hour recommendation. Plus, IT DON'T BURN, LIKE EVERYONE HERE EXAGGERATES! It's just a feeling of warmth like you've rubbed hot ice on your skin or something. Humans can be really superfluous lol. I could also glue it back, but you don't have to reuse it. I feel like it reduced the bloating so I did a side shot. I will come back and update after using all the patches that's why I gave 4 stars. I bought 2 packs of 5. Hopefully I'll come back to add another star with a flatter stomach :-)
