Not a long life battery as advertised but seller stands by their product

I bought the battery pack in March 2022, and my return window was closed in August. Now, my room a starts cleaning as usual, but abruptly stops in the middle of the room after about 30-40 minutes with no juice left in the battery. At first I thought it was a one time fluke, but it fails to run for at least an hour, and I always have to hunt the robot down under beds, couches etc.Update: Seller reached out to me and sent a new battery with no charge, even though the warranty had expired. Seller stands by the product and makes it right. So I recommend this product.
