Four sticks of 16GB RAM arrived at the nearest Revain locker and I was so excited to see what my new 2019 27" iMac with 64GB RAM was for about 1/3 the price Apple RAM would make OEM. But my excitement quickly turned to frustration when the iMac failed to boot with the new RAM. I was ready to set up a return with Revain but decided to call OWC tech support first. Phone call. He said he's in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and I'm grateful for ON THE SHORE's support. Darrin was pleasant, eloquent, and clearly hadn't read the script. He had me remove four sticks of OWC RAM and wipe the contacts with rubbing alcohol (First he suggested an eraser, but I didn't have one. While he waited patiently on the line, I erased the RAM, then dried out the sticks one at a time, plugging them back in - Den Boot up computer with each new stick to check if one of the sticks is defective Four D-sticks, four boot-ups and 64GB of RAM installed on my iMac Darrin says the memory has a lifetime warranty, my support call will logged and if the memory ever fails in the future it will be replaced. Great customer experience!
