I am definitely impressed with the solid packaging, clear instructions and solid hardware of this single gas spring monitor arm. Attention to detail in the packaging and delivery of the device - I should at least mention that it far exceeded my expectations. All devices are individually packaged and labeled according to the assembly stage in which they are used. The two required Allen keys in both sizes are included. Additionally, the tension setting is easy to adjust and easily supports the weight of my 23.8-inch HP FHD IPS monitor (about 11 pounds). I used C clamps which are well constructed and hold securely. Surprisingly, they included another option for attaching the hub to the base. You can install it without damaging your desktop. Easy to install, works as advertised and has completely transformed my workstations. With this high-performance monitor stand, I can easily position heavier monitors in the best viewing position—higher, lower, extended, retracted, tilted, or rotated 360 degrees—to avoid eye, neck, and back strain. The cable management feature is an added bonus to an already great product, especially at this price point. I absolutely love it.
