MISSING DEVICE PERFORMANCE

GOOD LUCK. I used this to connect external mouse and keyboard to Surface Pro X. Sometimes it works right away when I turn on the computer and plug in the hub, but after my work the keyboard and mouse just don't work anymore, then I have to switch to the usual smaller keyboard, and then just try another one. I TESTED THE MOUSE AND KEYBOARD ON ANOTHER COMPUTER AND THEY WORK PERFECTLY. I ALSO TESTED MY USB-C PORT ON THE SURFACE PRO X AND IT'S OK TOO, SO THIS IS DEFINITELY A HUB. VERY DISAPPOINTING. MY ONLY REGRET IS NOT TO USE IT EARLIER AFTER PURCHASING, SO I CAN RETURN IT WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW.
