We have been using it for the 3rd year, an excellent device, no problems. I have never ated statistics, more than 1000 cups of coffee and this is in 99% of cappuccino. At first it seemed that the coffee was not hot, the foam was not dense, either the machine was developed, or somehow they got used to it, adapted. In the settings is the hottest mode. At first, in order to get hot coffee, when I turned it on, I did a couple of pours, and in order to get a good foam, a couple of blows, now I just turn it on and press 1 button, turn it off - 1 purge and the shutdown button . If you really need to make it very hot, take it with you in a thermo mug, just prepare a mug, pour boiling water into it, for 5-15 minutes. I measured the power consumption, from the cooled off state, it takes ~ 50 W for 1 cup of cappuccino and switching back to the off state, for comparison, boil the kettle 150-200 W, and a cup of boiling water in the device is also 50 W, with on-off. The kettle is idle. We use milk “for cappuccino”, there is such a thing in stores, brown packaging, the foam is very thick, by the way, on the foam selection knob on the cappuccino machine, not the amount of milk is selected, but the density of the foam, I tried to do and weigh the result . I don’t know how people make it from skimmed milk, the thickness of the foam is rather affected not by fat content, but by the amount of protein, judging by the description of milk “for cappuccino”, it is 3.7 g there, and in most other packs of milk 3 or less . I pour milk into the milk jug at the 2nd or 3rd risk, enough for 1-2 cups, after that I don’t wash the milk jug, put it in the refrigerator, top it up if necessary, I wash the milk jug every 3-4 days, there is no rotten smell. We clean branded slurry, a bottle for 1 enough for 6 times, I drain and clean the kettle at work, this liquid cleans everything that mechanical cleaning and citric acid do not take, so I think it’s not worth saving and using folk remedies. We do not use a filter, we have a flowing filter at home, and the water is not very hard, as the indicator from the coffee machine showed. Something a lot of words came out .
