For reference I am 5ft 4in and about 115lbs and I originally ordered XS because people say that they need. Size down for a tighter fit of the shirt. The XS was too small and when it snapped open it pulled down the front exposing my bra. I returned it for a size small which fits much better, much longer so my boobs don't protrude but are still snug and not baggy. It's a good quality, but it's cut very high on the sides. Personally, I can only wear this with high-waisted pants, otherwise the sides will roll up and you'll see exposed skin where the shirt doesn't cover. I don't know why it's cut off like that, it's not a back strap. Overall I am happy with my purchase at an unbeatable price.
