Order a small size if you are unsure

I ordered these for my bunion and I was torn between ordering a small or medium. If you have not used these before, I would recommend ordering small to start with. I followed the size chart and ordered a medium (I wear a women's size 10W shoe, my husband wears size 10 W in men's) and they were too uncomfortable for either of us to wear. I kept them and ordered a set in small and they fit perfectly. After two days, I had relief from bunion pain. I like that they are reusable (simply rinse with water and dry) and the price seems fair for ten of them.
