I’m giving five stars for customer service because they were awesome. I knew when I bought this that it was not going to be the same exactly as a normal white board. The product met my need for a temporary whiteboard. It was tough to get all of the wrinkles out of the roll and last foot was very wrinkled so my project was not able to be completed but the company sent me a replacement without hesitation. Sometimes it’s a little difficult to get the marks off the whiteboard, however, if you spray it with white board cleaner it is a little bit better. Maybe try more high-quality markers? I’m not sure. I haven’t tried this but I’m just thinking maybe that would help?
