I am a female in my early 30's. I am also a weightlifter and in good health. I wanted to try NALT after hearing that it could help with fatigue and adrenal burnout. I used to feel tired in the afternoons, I've noticed that this doesn't happen that often with the supplement. I notice a more positive mood lift and a readiness to act. I really like it and will continue to take it daily.
