I bought this item based on the reviews I had read. It was exactly as the great reviews said. Very good quality, easy to install, peel and stick. The ratings are correct, once grabbed, it stays! Scissors cut easily. When I needed to cut out the entire switch, I measured and drew the square of the socket, then drilled a hole in the part I needed to cut out with a drill. This made it much easier to use knives to cut the square. That was good advice: measure the square footage required, then make sure you have enough tiles to complete the job. I was aware of a 3-5% loss per sheet but I needed 14 sheets and ordered 3 packs and it was great! I love this tile. (I even painted the white switches to match the tiles and it was just what I needed to finish it off! Highly recommend.
