My husband is 6' 155 lbs tall, 32" legs, 34" waist, slim/fit. This medium sized set goes great with pants but the jacket has about 2 inches shorter sleeves - I guess he doesn't need to roll up his sleeves when washing his hands. Medium length oversized jacket. Lightning works well but not great. It will be a great wear for leisure/work at home in winter. It is well made, very soft and warm. None of the items left lint on my other clothes when washed, so that's a plus. I carefully unbuttoned the stupid white tag on the sleeve - after washing you can't tell it was even there. I was machine washed, dried with warm water and low temperature for about 15 minutes, and then dried. It worked great and there were no lint left.
