Gray hair appeared and I decided to drink the complex with copper. On the first day of admission, weakness was not connected with the complex, then for a day I completely forgot about them (I missed the appointment), I felt great. I started taking it regularly, lasted 4 days, it got worse and worse (severe weakness, lethargy, drowsiness), after canceling it, it returned to normal in a day.
