The ease of implementation made it very easy for our HR team to begin using this software within days.

This was one less thing that we had to worry about while hiring new staff, so things went much smoother in general! We have nothing really specific I dislike. It does exactly what you need/want as an ATS! If there's something you don't like or would prefer not to use, then just switch out whatever functionality you're unhappy with for your needs at present. Implementation into business processes has been seamless so far! Benefits include being able to easily keep track of resumes submitted by candidates - no more paper files!
