The ease of implementation made it very easy for our HR team to begin using this software within days. I like that it's easy to customize, as well as being able to use in many different ways such as online forms or via emails for job applications/appointments. You can also have multiple versions of your page which makes things super simple if you need an update now but want something else later down the line. I like that it has all of my data in one place, so no need to switch between programs! It's very easy for me as an employer or client manager/supervisor because everything can be done right from this software platform - which makes life easier than anything else out there at least when you are searching through hundreds if not thousands of applicants trying to find who fits best into your team / project etc..
