THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Let me be clear, if you have no experience with wiring, electronics or mechanical work, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THIS YOURSELF. Although reviews say it's "easy to make" and "quick and easy to install," it absolutely isn't. And the most important thing is that the camera doesn't work and I don't even know why... I've watched all the tutorials on YouTube, I've read a lot of questions and reviews, and I'm still doing it with a lot of difficulties. when it comes to wiring. This was particularly difficult because there were no instructions on how to find the reverse light's positive and negative wires, practical examples of how to ground a wire, or even what it means to ground a wire. Of course, the other steps were quite easy and a little tedious due to the vehicle compared to the product itself. The most frustrating thing is that after 5 hours of figuring out what to do and FINALLY the thrill of getting everything to work, it stopped working... The power light was on but the screen in the rearview mirror was going grey. I have seen previous owners with these issues but there is NO response from the manufacturer. Another HUGE issue is that the manufacturer does not make themselves available to troubleshoot customer service issues and uses a third party through Revain to resolve issues. It's easy for a manufacturer to abuse this process because Revain takes a hit. Do not buy from this company. Not because of poor quality and not even because of the difficulty of installation, don't buy from the company because of the unavailable customer service.
