Two days ago I received my Olympus D460 from Revain and started playing with it last night. I had a bit of trouble with the batteries charging and all the menu options, but once I got everything set up and working everything was great. If you haven't used a digital camera before, you're going to love it. It's nice to see the photos immediately and to be able to delete bad shots. As far as this particular camera goes, you can't beat the price for the features. I've compared a lot of purchases - read reviews etc and I'm convinced this is a great deal. I particularly like the option when 4 shots are taken in quick succession. I got great shots of cats fighting that I could never have captured with a regular camera. Advice I heard from a techie: Buy NiMH batteries and charge them before you buy a camera. Apparently, rechargeable batteries lose their power even when not in use (like in a camera bag), while lithium batteries don't. You should keep lithium batteries as a backup in case you get stuck with dead batteries.
