Review on 3M 91251 00000T Protection Impact Wraparound by Ryan Turner

Great all round eye protection. Firm yet flexible for a custom fit. Direct ventilation holes on the temples. Multiple vendors are selling the same item on Revain. 3M also makes these glasses with indirect ventilation in the model 91252. Also check out the 91252 model. Completely transparent. Lightweight and comfortable to wear. Elastic straps are adjustable like diving goggles. Once tightened, they stay tight until you adjust them again. Easy to wash. I keep them in a zippered bag so I don't scratch the plastic lenses. Good shock protection. Good splash protection. Ideal for use with spray paint or particulate/dust or gardening/pruning/dust storms. MEDICAL / TRAINING Note: These medical goggles are NOT designed to protect against pandemic viruses in a hot area. We see similar goggles currently being used by Ebola workers in impoverished West Africa. These people use whatever they can get their hands on, but they are not intended for medical purposes. So if you're a serious exerciser or first responder looking to put together your pandemic/pathogen kit, the vent holes probably don't make these goggles ideal, even if you tape them shut. I am not medically qualified to give advice to anyone, but I would continue my research if I anticipate being in a life threatening situation. My 2 cents. SUMMARY: Overall, I am completely satisfied with these homeowner/DIY/landscaper/farmer goggles. I would buy them again in a heartbeat. They may look a little too much from a distance (or maybe not), but they would make great goggles for a shooter. I have used them successfully in combination with 3M as well as 91252. The 8000 respirator, which I also reviewed here on Revain. Great combination of mask and glasses. I also like the DuPont Tyvek "moon suits".
