I like how flexible their modules are! Great integration with Salesforce; easy drag-and-drop functionality - just pick your fields or type them yourself if you need customization. The dashboard gives quick view into metrics which helps when setting future goals (not sure this was what they intended as I'd prefer more stats per course). It sometimes takes too long / has errors accessing courses once signed out after being away during lunch/break etc. Make sure u dont sign out at least 30 min before signing back again otherwise there's no access. They do have some nice templates but its not necessary 100%. Definitely give it all shot tho because some things simply come down to personaility & preference so make yours personalized but also consider making certain that those who wish to see progress will be happy wth whatever template we end up going ahead with.. We're looking improve our onboarding process via their service. I love how easily my students can navigate through this platform as well as their ability to collaborate with one another via threaded conversations! There are some features in which we have had issues using such as the "threading" feature within our discussion forums but all things considered everything has been wonderful thus far. The customer service from EPIGNOSIS was fantastic too!! We were able to solve most problems very quickly (within hours).
