I'm dissatisfied with the LITADA online store's user experience as a product manager. Although they provide a huge assortment of patio, lawn, and garden necessities, their website is clumsy and challenging to use. It is difficult to limit down results because the search mechanism is inefficient and there are no filters. Additionally, there are several pages to navigate through during the checkout process, and there is little progress feedback. The user experience might be considerably better overall, and changes are required to make online purchasing at LITADA's store a more pleasurable and effective experience.
