The pajamas run true to size and I liked that the back has velcro closures instead of the bulky buttons that many models have but there is no elastic in or around the opening so won't give at all and tear when you try to pull your pajamas over your butt to sit on the toilet. So it's basically useless and that was the main reason I went for this one-piece pajama style. At the same time they are warm and comfortable.
