Strong magnets, weak screws

Magnets seem strong and hold tools well, but why send cheap, weak screws that break so easily? Even when I pre-drilled the screw holes, the screw heads came loose with the slightest pressure. Screws are like cheap drywall screws - useless! Exchanged for Torx and no problem.
