Review on CNC Linear Guide Way Rail by Dexter Rasberry

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Wrong threaded guides, terrible screws

bearing blocks slide very well, one of mine was difficult to put on. The cap screws that hold the rail to the guide block are absolutely awful. A lot of mine snapped when I got the splints so they just fell out. Expect to replace them once you buy this. Just hope I don't have to cut holes again. EDIT: I removed all the screws and inspected the rail. It wasn't even fully threaded, there was only ONE thread for the screw and then bare metal. Not surprisingly all the screws were stripped, there was no thread for them to work. Terrible build quality, spend a little more elsewhere to get rails that actually work. Now I have to try the holes myself and if that doesn't work I have to resort to a whole new set. Would give 0 stars if possible.
