I like that it has all of my favorite features in one place! It's easy to navigate through when you're trying to figure out what your next step should be or how to use different parts of the software. There are some things I wish could have been improved upon but not so much as to lose their usefulness. The customer service team at Ally has really helped me understand where they want this product to go and how we can help them get there. We've seen an increase in our business since implementing Ally into our logistics department.
