Review on πŸŽ„ 4.5 Feet National Tree Company Slim Pre-Lit Christmas Tree - Green Kingswood Fir with White Lights and Stand by Elizabeth Smith

Revainrating 2 out of 5

About 100 of 150 bulbs are in the bottom quarter of the tree

Slightly disappointed in this tree as are others. It's not a "bad" tree per se, but there were a few things that baffled me (not in a good way). First of all, I don't know who (or what) uses pre-extended headlights, but this looks very odd as about 2/3 of 150 headlights (I bought a 4.5ft tree) are in the bottom half of the foot condition. Wood. The bottom of the tree looks amazing backlit. It's just that the rest of the tree looks anemic from the lack of light. Personally, I didn't want to return it because of this. I'm just going to fill it in by buying a set of garlands and filling it in myself. It annoys me that I even have to do this - that was the point of buying a lighted Christmas tree. Next thing that made me put two stars. You'll have to fill in the branches (obviously), but it took me over an hour and a half to do this on a 4.5 foot tree. It's absolutely ridiculous how much effort it took to make a tree. look like a tree. This happened because of the one who wove the branches. many branches twined around the others, like a twisted ribbon on breadsacks, but not on the trunk. This was done on the whole tree so I had to undo the horrible work that the person who harvested this tree to make it look like had to undo to fill in the branches in a way that doesn't look like as Tim Burton would have done Right. Next, and I really feel like this is something the company needs to make clear in its description. This tree has two sections, so of course they need to be connected. My main issue was that they have two power cords - one for the top and one for the bottom, so the top half plug doesn't connect to the socket near where the two sections connect when reassembled. No . Actually you need to connect two power plugs that go down the tree. Really terrible way of working with wiring. Finally, no matter what I did, I still have two big empty spots that I couldn't fill because of where and how the branches on the tree were created. I turn the wood against the wall so these stains aren't visible, but I think a decoration or two could make the empty space invisible. Good? One day I filled in the branches, ignoring the two blank spaces and decided to add my own lights. the tree looks very beautiful. It's the perfect size for my apartment and should be stored away neatly when it's time to put it away. I like that it's narrower than most trees of this size. Also, now that I've spent all this time fixing the branches to make the . I never have to spend more than 5-10 minutes doing it again next year when it's time to take it again.
