First I have to say that batteries are worth the money if you have non-rechargeable units in case you can't get batteries for some reason. This is a great option to own if your owner is a Pisces. I'd recommend investing in a few extra things like a battery to charge it when it's dead, but I'd recommend 2 of these in case you're prone to power outages due to storms. It would be nice to have a solar panel for it and your batteries when you buy them. This aerator comes with 4 air stones. We strongly recommend that you wash them and the tubes before inserting them into your aquarium. I have a small 10 gallon tank with a small sponge filter that this aerator was able to power easily. Note that this aerator is not waterproof, but if you are a fisherman it will also hold live bait in a 5 gallon bucket, just keep water off the aerator. It charges like a mobile phone, you need the Type-C cable that comes with this aerator. One charge lasts for 12 hours under certain conditions. There are 2 aerator plugins that you can connect up to 2 bubblers to at the same time.
